add—add a new snapshot method configuration
mx config snapshot add --method <type> [--options <method options>]
The options are:
--method <type>
The supported types are hpmsa2000, hpxp, hpeva, and engenio.
[--options <method options>]
For hpmsa2000, specify the following:
--controllerA <ipaddress>
The IP address of controller A.
--controllerB <ipaddress>
The IP address of controller B.
--username <username>
The user name required to access the controllers.
--passwd <password>
The password required to access the controllers.
For hpxp, specify the following:
--instanceL <number>
The local instance (a number from 0 to 127).
--instanceR <number>
The remote instance (a number from 0 to 127).
For hpeva, specify the following:
--hostname <hostname>
The hostname for the management appliance.
--username <username>
The user name required to access the management appliance.
--passwd <password>
The password required to access the management appliance.
For engenio, specify the following:
--controllerA <hostname or IP address>
The hostname or IP address for controllerA.
--controllerB <hostname or IP address>
The hostname or IP address for controllerB.
