To run the utility from the Management Console, select the filesystem, which must be
unmounted, and then right-click and select Check for Errors. The utility runs in read-only
mode and does not replay the journal or fix any corruption.
HP recommends that you let the check run to completion. Canceling the check can
potentially leave your filesystem in a corrupted state.
