MxFS for CIFS Contents of the 3.6.0 Release The 3.6.0 release of Matrix File Serving Solution Pack for CIFS (MxFS for CIFS) provides compatibility with Matrix Server 3.6.0. It also includes the following new features: • Role-based security. Using the role-based security feature provided with Matrix Server, you can create a role to manage Virtual CIFS Servers, Virtual File Shares, and Matrix File Shares.
