File Name. Type the name of the hotfix or click Browse to locate it.

Click Next to go to the next dialog.

“Installation Credentials” dialog

This dialog asks for the credentials of the user account that will be used to

run the installation. Type the appropriate name, password, and domain.

Click Next to go to the next dialog.

“Select the Instances to Upgrade” dialog

Select the SQL Server instances that you want to upgrade.
