Management Packs on the Operations Manager 2007 con sole. Click Refresh to update

Configure Operations Manager 2007 for the
Management Pack
To enable the Management Pack to monitor H P PolyServe clusters, you will need to
take these steps:
• Set the Agent Proxy for each ser ver in each cluster.
• Assign the appropriate user account for accessing the HP PolyServe clusters.
Set the Agent Proxy
The HP PolyServe objects (clusters, servers, monitors, and filesystems) are discovered
on the cluster nodes instead of the Operations Manager 2007 server. To enable this
discovery m
ethod, open the Administration Pane on the Operatio ns M anager 2 007
console and select A gent Manag ed.
Locate the entr y for a server in the HP PolyServe cluster, right-click, and select Properties.
Go to the Security tab on the Ag ent Properties window an d check Allow thi s age nt to act
as a proxy a nd discover managed objects on oth er computers.
