After reordering the nodes in the Selected Nodes list, click the Apply
button. MxDB-Oracle-HiAv then shuts down the database on the old
Primary and starts it on the newly assigned Primary.
Add or Remove Nodes
On the Application window, move the nodes between the Available
Nodes and Selected Nodes columns to effect adding or removing nodes
from the Virtual Oracle Service.
Adding nodes to a Virtual Oracle Service does not impact the database, as
it is already running. Removing any node except the Primary also does
not impact the database.
