Create a Filesystem from the Management Console

To create a filesystem, select Matrix > Add > Add Filesystem or click the

Filesystem icon on the toolbar.

Label: Type a label that identifies the filesystem.

Available Volumes: This part of the window lists the basic or dynamic

volumes that are currently unused. Select one of these volumes for the

filesystem.

Click the Options button to see the Filesystem Options window, which

lists the available options for the filesystem.

The General tab specifies how the filesystem block size is used. The
