a. Start Report Server.
b. Configure Report Server Virtual Directory.
c. Configure Report Manager Virtual Directory.
d. Configure Windows Service Identity.
e. Configure Web Service Identity.
f. Configure Database Connection, specifying the Virtual SQL Instance that
you created in step 3.
g. Configure Backup/Restore Encryption Keys.
h. Initialize Report Services.
