Run mxcollect

You will need to run the mxcollect utility on each node. The utility is

located in the %SYSTEMROOT%\Polyserve\MatrixServer\tools folder. Go

to this location and double-click the file mxcollect.exe.

You will then see a command window that says “Collecting files,” as in

the following example.

The information collected from that node is written to the file

machinename_yyyymmdd_hhmmss.cab. This file is placed in the root

directory of your system drive (for example, c:\), as shown in the

following example. You will need to run mxcollect on each node.
