SANPulse process. Provides the matrix infrastructure for management of
the SAN. SANPulse coordinates filesystem mounts, unmounts, and crash
recovery operations.
PSFS filesystem module. The shared filesystem.
SCL process. Manages shared storage devices. The SCL has two primary
responsibilities: assigning device names to shared disks when they are
imported into the matrix, and enabling or disabling a server’s access to
shared storage devices.
