• Defect 13300. Sanpulse could terminate unexpectedly, causing
MatrixServer to shut down on the node.
• Defect 13316. A disk that temporarily appeared to have a different
UID caused Matrix Server to shut down.
• Defect 13345. mxcheck did not verify that the operating system was
for a supported machine architecture.
• Defect 13580. Reads or writes with large block sizes on a dboptimized
filesystem could cause the system to crash in
psfs_get_blocks_direct_IO().
• Defect 13637. A previous bug fix cause an error when creating the
Hitachi UIDs. Automatic detection and upgrade support has been
added.
• Defect 13640. mxregd had a flaw in its recovery processing that could
cause it to unnecessarily repeat recovery processing, which would
cause dependent components of the system to not function.
• Defect 13727. An internal library used to receive and update cluster
configuration needed to be updated to handle new syntax added in
the 3.1.2 release.
• Defect 13774. A race in the mxeventd process could cause it to fail
during initialization.
• Defect 13923. Virtual hosts should not be specified (either by DNS
name or IP address) in the URL for an HTTP or HTTPS monitor.
However, if a virtual host DNS name was specified in the URL and
there was some disruption on the access to the name server, the
monitor could corrupt the memory space of the monitor_agent and
cause it to terminate.
• Defect 13972. Snapshot support was enabled for new firmware on HP
EVA arrays.
