Single FC Port, Single FC Switch, Single FC Fabric
This is the simplest configuration. Each server has a single FC port
connected to an FC switch managed by the matrix. The SAN includes two
RAID arrays. In this configuration, multiported SAN disks can protect
against a port failure, but not a switch failure.
