Issue with the PILOT Database and DBCA The MxDB-Oracle-HiAv Solution Pack uses the Database Configuration Assistant (DBCA) to create the PILOT training and demonstration database. Oracle Corporation has identified a bug in certain releases of Oracle9i where their use of the Oracle Disk Manager interface can cause DBCA database creation to fail.
