Verify that the Net Services files contains a HOST assignment that

precisely matches the value given to the DBSNMP.HOSTNAME in the

snmp_rw.ora file. The following screen shows an example of using the

grep(1) command to validate file contents.

Step 3. Start the Intelligent Agents using the following syntax:

$ agentctl start agent password_file=<full pathname of key file>

NOTE: The Supplemental Script that ships with the Solution Pack

performs this step during Virtual Oracle Server startup. It is also a

good source of reference for manually testing the infrastructure.
