Enhancements
• Added suppor
t for H P External SAS Shared Solution for HP c-Class Blades using the HP Smart
Array P700m.
Fixes
• Fixed a case when the array sent an extra SCSI comma nd (Unit Attention) when aler ting the
host that the LUN map had changed.
• Fixed a condition in the dual controllers single path configuration where the non-owning controller
was not alerted when a volume was detected.
• Updated the text within the Critical Event 207 m essage.
• Fixed a case where the chunk size was not being updated in “vdisk status” after a R AID was
created.
• Changed the message that is displayed when adding a vdisk spare when no disk drives are
available.
• Corrected a validation error on Windows Server 2003, allowing Microsoft Cluster Support for
SCSI-3 reservations.
• Fixed a case where nicknames were overwritten when more than 64 nicknames were created.
• The Storage M a nag ement Utility (SMU) now allows more than 228 volumes to be created.
• Fixed a case where the SMU incorrectly assigned volumes to LUN 0.
• Fixed a condition where all I/O would appear unresponsive af ter changing vd isk ownership
from controller A to B.
• Changed the message that is displayed when the m aximum number of LUNs (256) is created.
• Fixed a case where the selection of Virtual Disk Owner does not work correctly.
• Fixed a case where the SMU displayed inc orrect information when a RAID-10 vdisk was created.
• Fixed a case where an error was displayed when a new volume was added with LUN ID as
“NONE”.
• Fixed a case when “unwriteable cache” warning messages were displayed in the System Event
Log when updating the controller firmware.
