Description—The priority level at which the Storage Mirroring service
runs.

Notes—The Storage Mirroring service runs at high priority by default. This
option should not be modified, however, if the priority is lowered to normal
(2), it can be done through Windows Task Manager. If you change the
priority using DTCL, then the service will require a restart before the
priority is changed.
