tion steps
To complete the post-installation steps:
1. To start Oracle services:
a. Login as Oracl
e by entering the following command:
su — oracle
b. Start the Oracle listener by entering the following command:
lsnrctl star
t
It may take several minutes for the Oracle listener to start.
c. Ensure that the Oracle listener is running by entering the following command:
lsnrctl stat
us
d. After the Oracle listener starts, start SQL*Plus by entering the following comma nd prompt:
sqlplus /nolog
