Discovery from HP SIM
Discover the host again in HP
Systems Insight Manager.
Then, run Discovery Data
Collection.
Discovery from HP SE
Try discovering the element
again in HP SE. Then, run Get
Details.
Host appears discovered and it
is not connected to the switch.
The switch was previously
made aware of the host, but it
can no longer contact it.

Verify that the host is on and
the network cables are
connected to it.
Discovery from HP SIM
Try discovering the element
