6. Run the installOracle9iPatch19.cmd script to install the patch. Alternatively, you
can launch the Windows Explorer and browse to the patch19 folder and then double-click
installOracle9iPatch19.cmd.

• AppStorManager (the service for HP Storage Essentials SRM)
• Distributed Transaction Coordinator (MSDTC)
• HP Systems Insight M anager (if you are using the integrated version of HP Storage Essentials SRM)
• Oracle services including:

•OracleJobSchedulerAPPIQ
•OracleServiceAPPIQ
• OracleOraHome9 2Agent
• OracleOraHome92ClientCache
• OracleOraHome9 2SNMPPeerEncapsulator

The script starts any services that it stopped af ter it installs the patch, except for the following:
• OracleOraHome9 2Agent
• OracleOraHome92ClientCache
• OracleOraHome9 2SNMPPeerEncapsulator
• Oracle O raHome92SN MPPeerMasterAgent
The following log files are created:
• %SystemDrive%\srmInstallLogs\opatch7047026.log — Console output from opatch when
installing Patch 19 (7047026).
• %ProgramFile%\oracle\inventory\logs\opatch.pl<time stamp>.log — Output from running
opatch. You will need to find the one corresponding to your current execution. There may
be several files.
• %ORACLE_HOME%\bundle\patch19\APPLY_APPIQ_<time stamp>.log — Output from running
the Oracle catcpu.sql script in the post patch processing.
• %ORACLE_HOME%\bundle\view_rec ompile\vcomp _APPIQ_<time stamp>.log — Output from
running the Oracle view _recompile_bundlepatch19.sql script in the post patch processing.
7. Please review the log files for proper operation. The following errors from Oracle ca n be ignored:

• ORA-01952: system priv ileges not granted to ’WKSYS’
• ORA-29809: cannot drop an operator with dependent objects
•ORA-29931:specified association does not exist

•ORA-00942:tableorviewdoesnotexist
• ORA-0 0955: name is already used by an existing object
