Symptom: A fault tolerant fan has been removed from the specified chassis and fan location.

Symptom: The temperature status has been set to Failed in the specified chassis and location. The
system will be shut down because of this condition.

cpqHeThermalDegradedAction variable is set to shutdown(3).
