The halistener.mon must kill the listener before restarting it.
QXCR1001005181 Problem: The ECMT Oracle toolkit script haoracle.sh may pick up the
incorrect listener PID.
QXCR1001019932 Problem: The ECMT Oracle toolkit fails to detect the Oracle startup correctly
and fails package.
QXCR1001006612 Problem: The Oracle toolkit for 11g starts ASM as sysdba.
QXCR1001007921 Problem: Support Oracle ASM with 11g R1 version 11.1.0.7.
QXCR1001019094 Problem: Db2 V9.7 support with ECMT.
