• What is the workaround? For HP Serviceguard Storage Management Suite, use equivalent
Serviceguard functionality to start/stop the appropriate package.
Known Problems with VERITAS Volume Manager 4.1 Release Notes
Known problems include:
• What is the problem? Page 9 lists FlashSnap, VERITAS Cluster File System, and VERITAS
Cluster Volume Manager as unsupported.
• What is the workaround? These features are all supported in the HP Serviceguard Storage
Management Suite.
• What is the problem? Page 14 contains “VCS” references.
• What is the workaround? For HP Serviceguard Storage Management Suite equivalent
functionality is provided by Serviceguard.
