What’s in this Version
HP Serviceguard Storage Management Suite Version A.01.00 is being
released on HP-UX 11i Version 2 Update 2. This is the first release of
VERITAS Storage Management 4.1 with HP Serviceguard. The HP
Serviceguard Storage Management Suite delivers core HP Serviceguard
products and VERITAS Volume Manager and File System (also known
as JFS) in all bundles. Support for VERITAS Cluster File system is
available in certain bundles. A summary of all products delivered in each
bundle is listed in Table 1-1, “Products and Associated Bundles,”.
The following Storage Foundation features are common across the HP
Serviceguard Storage Management Suite bundles:

• Intelligent Storage Provisioning

• History logsystem access from multiple servers.

• Hardware Assisted E-Copy
• Multi-Volume File System
• Support for Serviceguard clusters up to 4 nodes for CFS
environments and up to 16 nodes for non-CFS environments using
HP 9000 or HP Integrity Servers or a combination of both.
