Platform Dependencies
IMPORTANT: This new version of Serviceguard is supported on 11i v3 only. See “Serviceguard
on HP-UX 11i v3” (page 14).
March 2012 Patch
See “New Features for A.11.20 March 2012 Patch” (page 13) for information about new features
introduced in the following March 2012 patch:
• PHSS_43094 for Serviceguard A.11.20 on HP-UX 11i v3
NOTE: To enable the modular CFS package features, you can install the Serviceguard CFS
A.11.20 patch number PHSS_42136 on this patch.
Serviceguard Bundled Components - Product Structure
The following Serviceguard components are now available for HP-UX 11i v3:
• Product T1905CA — A.11.20 — software and license
The following products are bundled with Serviceguard, as components of the Serviceguard product,
T1905CA:
• HP Serviceguard Manager version B.03.50
This version of the web-based graphical user interface (GUI), is also known as the SMH Plug-in,
or simply plug-in, version. See “Serviceguard Manager” (page 25).
• The Cluster Object Manager (COM), version B.07.00
• HP Serviceguard WBEM Providers SD product, version A.03.10
• HP SG Cluster CVM CFS SD Product, version A.11.20
• HP Package-Manager SD Product, version A.11.20
• HP Cluster-Monitor SD Product, version A.11.20
This product structure allows Serviceguard customers who subscribe to Update services to download
Serviceguard from the web (along with the sub-products classed as Serviceguard components and
listed above) via Software Update Manager (SUM).
