authorization problem is detected by Serviceguard Manager.

You can use Serviceguard-discovered IP polling targets when using Serviceguard
Manager to configure the cluster.
• ECM Toolkits Integration.
Simplify configuration of database and web server packages. A graphical user
interface with a package wizard allows accelerated deployment of applications
into a cluster using pre-written toolkits and extensions. You can configure Oracle
packages in half the time.
• SGeRAC Toolkit Integration.
A package wizard simplifies SGeRAC package configuration and accelerates
deployment of Oracle RAC into a cluster. You can configure SGeRAC packages
in half the time.
Current Limitations of Serviceguard Manager
• You cannot configure a site-aware Metrocluster or Continentalcluster, but you can
monitor and administer a site-aware Metrocluster, and monitor (but not administer)
a Continentalcluster.
• As of the October 2009 patches, the Move package option has been disabled for
packages in any site-aware cluster.
Browser and SMH Issues
Pages Launched into New Window rather than Tabs with Firefox Tabbed Browsing
By design, the Serviceguard Manager logging windows are launched with a
pre-specified window size that will not obscure the original window when they are
displayed. With the Firefox tabbed browsing preference selected, if a new window has
a specified size, the tabbed browsing preference is ignored and the target page is
