HP Serviceguard Version A.11.18 Release Notes, September 2008

JAGag07820: Handling invalid cluster name with * / \ space characters is broken
Problem: When you specified an invalid character such as * \ /or a space in the
Cluster Name field and tried to jump to other tabs, Serviceguard Manager did
not warn the user of the problem.
Resolution: Serviceguard Manager now checks for valid cluster name before
attempting to create a new cluster.
JAGag07875: Edit cluster summary page: warning about pkg config should be restricted
Problem: If a user added a new node to a cluster (which already had packages
configured to run on all nodes), the summary page displayed a warning message
The following packages will be automatically configured on
the new cluster member nodes: followed by list of packages that would
be configured on the new node.
This warning message always appeared even when there were no packages in the
cluster or even when cluster contained only those packages which did not need
to be configured on the newly added node.
Resolution: Serviceguard Manager now checks to see if any packages are present
before displaying the warning message.
JAGaf97851: Serviceguard Manager hangs when launching System Log Viewer
Problem: Serviceguard Manager would hang when launching System Log Viewer
using Display Consolidated syslogmenu item if System Log Viewer was
already open.
Resolution: The problem has been fixed.
JAGag11832 - Launching consolidated syslog first time causes SMH logout
Problem: SMH automatically logged you out of the system when you attempted
to launch the consolidated log window, immediately after configuring it for the
first time.
Resolution: The problem has been fixed.
QXCR1000581069: Deleting multiple packages failed if a selected package was not down
Problem: Deleting multiple packages in Serviceguard Manager failed if a selected
package was not down.
Resolution: Serviceguard Manager prints a message saying which of the selected
packages can be deleted and which packages cannot be deleted. You can request
Serviceguard Manager to delete the subset of packages which can be deleted.
