Fixed in This Version
Chapter 1 49
JAGaf11664 (SR8606350852): file permissions (or file
creation mask) issues with SG package logfile
What was the problem? Package control script log files are created with
incorrect permissions.
What was the resolution? Control script file permissions are now correct.
JAGaf08686 (SR8606347864): It is not possible to
configure some combinations of roles
What was the problem? In A.11.16, configuring wild cards in Access
Control Policies conflicted with individual users’ Access Control Policies.
What was the resolution? The configuration commands will allow
desirable combinations of the duplicate roles. At run time the
configuration daemon matches the highest possible role assigned to the
user.
JAGae91413 (SR8606330290): cmmodnet does not
check SUBNET mask when adding an IP
• What was the problem? If the subnet mask of a network interface has
been changed from the value originally used when the cluster
configuration was last applied, any package relocatable IP addresses
added to that network interface (when a package starts) will still use
the original subnet mask, resulting in an inconsistent network
configuration
• What was the resolution? The command has been modified to check
for subnet mask mismatch between the system and SG configuration
and it will fail if there is indeed an inconsistency.
JAGae87101 (SR8606324795): LOG_PERIODIC
messages should not be logged at log level 1
• What was the problem? Because periodic messages show up very
often, enabling this sort of debug logging will fill up syslog.log very
quickly.
