Depending on your SMH and Serviceguard security privileges, you can
do the following:
• Monitor, create/modify and run/ halt a cluster.
• Monitor and run/halt nodes.
• Create/modify failover packages, including change Auto Run and
node switching settings.
• Monitor, Run, halt, and move failover, multi-node, and system
multi-node package.
HP Serviceguard Manager Version B.01.00 is available in English,
Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese, French,
German, Spanish, and Italian.
New Features
HP Serviceguard Manager version B.01.00 is being released as a major
revision to A.05.01, supporting only Serviceguard A.11.17 on HP-UX 11i
v3.
The following are new capabilities in B.01.00:
• Consistent look and feel with other HP-UX tools (Systems Insight
Manager and System Management Homepage)
• View consolidated syslog and package logs
• Launch Disks and File Systems Tool
• Launch EMS (Event Management System) Tool to view available
EMS resources while configuring a package
• Dependency graph – show a package’s dependencies graphically
• Configure package dependency on a multi-node package – a user can
create a package with dependencies on multi-node packages
