QS_ADDR An alternate fully-qualified hostname or IP
address for the Quorum Server. Can be (or
resolve to) either an IPv4 or an IPv6 address if
HOSTNAME_ADDRESS_FAMILY is set to ANY,
but otherwise must match the setting of
HOSTNAME_ADDRESS_FAMILY. This
parameter is used only if you use a Quorum
Server and want to specify an address on an
alternate subnet by which it can be reached. The
alternate subnet need not use the same address
family as QS_HOST if
HOSTNAME_ADDRESS_FAMILY is set to ANY.
