Serviceguard NFS Toolkit Overview HP Serviceguard Network File Server (NFS) Toolkit uses HP Serviceguard to set up highly available NFS servers. You must set up a Serviceguard cluster before you can set up Highly Available (HA) NFS. Serviceguard NFS Toolkit is a separately purchased set of configuration files and control script, which you can customize for your specific needs. An NFS server is a host that exports its local directories and makes them available for client hosts to mount using NFS.

• The maximum number of NFS server nodes supported in a CFS cluster is four. • Serviceguard supports Cross Subnet Failover. However, Serviceguard NFS Toolkit has limitations with Cross Subnet configurations. For Cross Subnet support details, refer to the “Managing Serviceguard” documentation.
