Serviceguard NFS Toolkit A.11.23.07 Software and Patch Requirements
Serviceguard NFS Toolkit A.11.23.07 requires the following software and patches:
• HP-UX 11i v2
• Serviceguard version A.11.15 or later.
To use the Serviceguard NFS Toolkit with CFS, you must install HP Serviceguard A.11.18
and Cluster File System 5.0.
NOTE: HP Serviceguard A.11.18 allows you to create modular packages using building
blocks that comprise only the functions that the package needs. It also includes some changes
to the variable names in the package control and configuration files created with the
cmmakepkg command. Creation of modular packages is not supported in this version of
Serviceguard NFS Toolkit, but will be supported in a future version. The variable name
changes in the package control and configuration files will be reflected in a future version
of the Serviceguard NFS Toolkit Administrator's Guide.
• NFS Services (included with HP-UX)
• For CFS Support, the latest NFS and Lock Manager patches are required.

Hardware Requirements
The Serviceguard NFS Toolkit is supported on HP Integrity Servers and HP 9000 Servers.
HP has tested Serviceguard NFS Toolkit A.11.11.08 with a 3–node Serviceguard cluster.
HP has tested Serviceguard NFS Toolkit A.11.23.07 with a 4–node Serviceguard cluster.
Required Disk Space
Installing Serviceguard NFS Toolkit requires 100 KB of disk space. Each configured NFS server
package requires an additional 100 KB of disk space.
