DTS Number Problem Description

JAGaf75195 Intermittently, when a highly-available NFS package is stopped, the

rpc.statd process fails to restart with following message:

/usr/sbin/rpc.statd: already started

The rpc.statd process does get killed but is not restarted. This causes

NFS ﬁle locking problems.
