You can issue common administrative commands on your clusters through Serviceguard Manager.
(See below.) With Serviceguard A.11.16.xx and A.11.17.xx clusters, the administrator role is
specified by configuring a non-root Admin Access Control Policy.

Starting with Serviceguard Manager A.04.00 on HP-UX, you can configure clusters and failover
packages on nodes with Serviceguard A.11.16.xx. Version A.05.0x, extends this to nodes with
Serviceguard A.11.17.xx.
