ServiceGuard Manager Version A.02.00 Release Notes

ServiceGuard Manager displays progress messages directly from
ServiceGuard as administration commands are processed.
ServiceGuard does not localize these messages and ServiceGuard
Manager can only translate the start and end messages for every
admin operation. The intermediate messages are only in English.
What is the workaround? There is no workaround.

What is the problem? On NT, you may see “Illegal Access Violation.
This is a Java problem (Sun bug ID 4479199). ServiceGuard Manager
may crash with this message:# HotSpot Virtual Machine Error :

What is the workaround? There is no workaround. Restart.

What is the problem? The map shows 2 different maps, mixed, in
same window.
Using the back and forward buttons while refresh is in progress can
lead to a corrupted map. In the specific case that was reported, the
title bar showed an obvious blending of "All discovered clusters" and
"All nodes and packages in cluster xxx".
What is the workaround? The workaround is to click the back button
until you see a map that is not corrupted. Then select a cluster, node
or package from the tree or map as the focus of a new map. Creating
the new map will prune all of the corrupted maps from the map
history
To avoid this problem, look for the count-down polling timer in the
lower right corner of the screen. If polling is on (as shown by the
circular blue arrow) and a refresh is imminent, wait until after the
refresh to use the map history.
