JAGad36345 Surf + Auto Refresh hangs.
• What is the problem? On NT multiprocessor machines, refocusing a
map may hang if it coincides with a refresh.
JAGad50496 HP-UX 800: “Online help failed to initialize. Please
re-start”.
• Whatis the problem? TheJavaHelp implementation sometimeshangs
during initialization because of a defect in MediaTracker. The
initialization is performed at the start, when ServiceGuard Manager
is run. If it fails for 10 retries, ServiceGuard Manager exits.
Known Problems and Workarounds

• What is the problem? On NT, map and tree may not agree.
If the user tries to focus on a number of different clusters, nodes and
packages in rapid succession, the map and tree may not be able to
synchronize. If the connection is also dropped in the process, then the
selection on the tree may not match the focus of the map even after
the connection is re-established.
• What is the workaround? Click the back button until the map and the
tree are consistent. Then select a cluster, node or package from the
tree or map. This will be the focus of a new map. Creating this new
map will prune all of the mismatched maps from the map history.

• What is the problem? Map selection can be broken when right-clicking
to get the popup menu.
If you right-click a number of clusters, nodes and/or packages on the
map in rapid succession, the map may show several objects as
selected.
• What is the workaround? Left-click on the background of the map to
clear the map selection highlights.
