What’s in this Version
The Serviceguard Oracle Toolkit for Linux provides high availability for
an Oracle database server application. The A.03.00 version of
Serviceguard for Linux Oracle Toolkit contains the following:
• Enhancements to the Serviceguard for Linux Oracle Toolkit
• Support for Listener Monitoring
• Support for Oracle 9i, and 10g R1 and R2
• Support for all servers that are supported by Serviceguard for Linux.
(Refer to Table 1-1 for the supported Serviceguard version and Linux
Distribution).
•Fixes
One shell script (the Oracle 9i and 10g DB toolkit configuration file) is
provided as a template, which can be customized for your specific needs.
After the shell scripts are installed they are located in the following
location:
RedHat Distributions: /usr/local/cmcluster/oracletoolkit
SLES Distributions: /opt/cmcluster/oracletoolkit
NOTE At the time of publication, only Oracle 10g R2 is supported on SLES10
