Email alerts
You can configure the Sybase toolkit package to send alert messages by using an email during
an unexpected event. An email is sent when:
• Password file does not exist.
• Password is not present in the password file.
• User or password is not properly configured.
• Abort of processes fails for RS and DRA modules.
• Improper configuration of health check command or expected health check result for RS and
DRA modules.
• Any of the server instance processes being monitored is not running.
• Server instance health is not in expected state.
