IMPORTANT: If you use Serviceguard Manager, you should install the Serviceguard
Manager patches listed in that section, whether or not you intend to use the new features,
as they fix a defect in the way Serviceguard Manager handles package-dependency
configuration.

have now been fixed.
NOTE: Serviceguard for Linux A.11.18 also includes all fixes already included in
patches to earlier Serviceguard versions; these fixes are not necessarily documented
here.
JAGaf41625 (SR8606381412): Failure to access the locklun device is reported as a
lock denied.
• What was the problem? Any failed attempt to access the lock LUN device for the
purposes of obtaining a lock was reported as a lock denied, even if the device was
simply unavailable (because a cable was disconnected for example).
• Resolution: The daemon has been rewritten, improving the content and timing of
the error messages.
JAGag09818 (SR8606453031): Cannot modify SERVICE_HALT_TIMEOUT to default
value (0 seconds)
What was the problem? You could not change the service_halt_timeout parameter in the
package configuration file back to the default value (0 seconds) if the entire line had
been deleted from the file.
What is the solution? The code has been modified to handle the deletion of the entire
line correctly.
