Other minor Enhancements
• The SGeSAP liveCache package template got integrated into the standard package
template. The control file saplc.cntl got integrated into the generic SAP control file
sapwas.cntl.
• SGeSAP bundles a contributed example that calls SAP's Business Intelligence Accelerator
failover scripts as part of a SAP Business Warehouse failover.
• Stand-alone JAVA instances can be started and stopped as part of the standard package
template. New parameter arrays JDRELOC[], JDNAME[] and JDNR[] got added similar
to their ABAP instance equivalents DRELOC[], DNAME[] and DNR[].
