Figure 5.1 provides a general flow of how SGeSAP works with MDM.
• The Upper Layer - contains the User Interface components.
• The Middle Layer - contains the MDM Server components. The MDM
components to be clustered with SGeSAP are from the middle layer.
These are MDS, MDIS, MDSS and MDB.
• The Lower Layer - contains the Inbound and Outbound connections
into an SAP Netweaver XI environment.
