Problem: cmrunnode fails as the synchronized
binary configuration file on the up-rev node
could not be converted to the new format on the
fly. Convert command needs to be issued
manually on the up-rev node before the up-rev
node can join the cluster.
Resolution: Fix is available in PHSS_37094 on 11i
v2 and PHSS_37095 on 11i v3.
