For versions prior to A.11.17, there is no homogeneity check during a rolling upgrade to A.11.17. Serviceguard Extension for RAC Version A.11.17 Release Notes Patches and Fixes in this Version Oracle Patches Oracle Installer Check on 11i v2 for Installation on HP 9000 Servers To install Oracle 10g R1 on 11i v2 on HP 9000 servers, you need to use the 10.1.0.3 patch. If 10g versions prior to 10.1.0.3 are used, start the Oracle installer with the option that ignores the operating system check. This does not apply to HP Integrity servers.
