SD configure script does not update cmknowncmds
file
• What is the problem?
In Serviceguard Extension for RAC version A.11.16 on HP 9000
servers with HP-UX 11i v2, the /etc/cmcluster/cmknowncmds file
was not updated to enable SG API used by SGManager to retrieve
RAC instances status.
• What is the workaround?
Enter the following line at the beginning of the cmknowncmds file:
OPS_DB_DISCOVER /opt/cmom/providers/cmd/opspsrvctl
MONITOR
cmgmsd does not log to syslog
• What is the problem?
Serviceguard Extension for RAC version A.11.16 does not log to
syslog.
• What is the workaround?
See the log at /tmp/cmgmsd.log
