Port Requirements
Serviceguard Extension for RAC has no specific port requirements. Refer
to the Serviceguard Release Notes for Serviceguard port and specific
application requirements.
Installing Software on HP-UX 11i v1
Serviceguard should be installed before installing Serviceguard
Extension for RAC. First, use the swinstall command to install
Serviceguard Version A.11.16, product number B3935DA. For details,
refer to the Serviceguard A.11.16 Release Notes for IPF on HP-UX 11.11.
Use the swinstall command to install Serviceguard Extension for RAC,
product number T1859BA.
NOTE If you are adding SGeRAC to an existing cluster that has already
configured with Serviceguard, there are additional steps. See “Adding
Serviceguard Extension for RAC to an Existing Cluster” below.
After installation, you can use the following commands to display a list of
all installed components:
# swlist -R B3935DA
# swlist -R T1859BA
