HP Serviceguard Extension for Oracle E-Business Suite toolkit provides high availability to Oracle
E-Business Suite in a Serviceguard cluster. This toolkit consists of configuration templates and scripts
that enable easy integration of Oracle E-Business Suite with HP Serviceguard.
Serviceguard Manager Version B.03.10 included in Serviceguard Version 11.20 with April 2011
Patch supports HP Serviceguard Extension for Oracle E-Business Suite Toolkit Version B.02.00.
The HP Serviceguard Extension for Oracle E-Business Suite toolkit is available in the following
ways:
• HP-UX Application Release (AR)
NOTE: HP Serviceguard Extension for Oracle E-Business Suite (T2260AA): As of the March
2011 release, this product has been removed from all the OEs. It was added to the September

◦ Support SGeEBS for Oracle Automatic Storage Mangement (ASM).
• Support multiple application instances for SGeEBS. HP Serviceguard Extension for Oracle
E-Business Suite Toolkit supports configuring multiple APPS tier packages configured to run on
different nodes.
• Support Cluster Verification feature for SGeEBS application packages. Cluster Verification
identifies cluster wide inconsistencies in all the cluster nodes on which the HP Serviceguard
Extension for Oracle E-Business Suite packages are configured to run.
• ECMT Oracle toolkit can be used to package the EBS database tier.
• Support for modular style packages.
