Oracle Toolkit cannot handle password protected listeners
• What is the problem? Oracle toolkit does not work with password protected listeners
even if the password is correctly configured in the toolkit scripts. The package
fails to start.
• What is the workaround? Changes are required in the Oracle toolkit scripts,
haoracle_sql.sh and halistener.mon. A detailed workaround is documented
in SR 8606466572/CR JAGag22046. The fix for this CR will be incorporated in the
subsequent revision of the Enterprise Cluster Master Toolkit.
Software Availability in Native Languages
The Enterprise Cluster Master Toolkit is not available in native language versions.
However, separate native language versions of documentation are available as part of
product T1909BA on HP-UX 11i v3, and B5139EA on HP-UX 11i v1, with the following
options:
• AB0: Traditional Chinese
• AB1: Korean
• AB2: Simplified Chinese
• ABA: English
• ABJ: Japanese
