Installing the Server in a Rack

4. Use an M5 x 30 screw with a cress cup washer to attach the front of the slide to the vertical

mounting rail. Insert the screw through the slide, through the center hole of the aluminum

spacer, through the vertical mounting rail, and tighten into the clip nut located at that

position.

5. Use a procedure similar to the preceding instructions 1 through 4 to install the right hand

slide/bracket assembly (marked 337079-1R). Then proceed to “Install the Slide Tray

Assembly.”
