XP storage is configured to emulate IBM standard CUs and volume types. The emulated standard
volumes present the same number of cylinders and capacity to the mainframe as the native S/390
volume type of the same name.
Table 72 (page 113) lists the CU types and volume types that XP storage systems can emulate in a
mainframe environment.
