What is the Image
Utility?
The Image Utility enables you to perform the following opera-
tions on TIFF, JPEG, Encapsulated PostScript (EPS), PostScript
(PS), and Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF)
files:
• Download supported file types directly to the print server
• Save the file to a PostScript language file, for subsequent
transfer to the print server (not applicable to PS files)
• Optionally apply cropping, tiling, and scaling transformations
to the file before sending to the print server (not supported
for PS and PDF file types)
System Requirements The Image Utility runs under Microsoft Windows Vista, XP, and
Windows 2000.
