Media Mismatch: the job was configured for a type of media other than what is currently configured on
the printer. Resolving the Media Mismatch error depends on how the job was processed:
Smooth Tone Full Page or either Mural mode: Change either the printer configuration or the job
configuration so that the media match.
Smooth Tone Image Only or Traditional Halftone: The document details/job configuration cannot be
changed. Change the printer configuration to match the job, or re-RIP the job with the correct
media selected.
Media Size Mismatch: the job was RIPed for a media size that is larger than what is currently
loaded on the printer. Load a larger media on the printer. If the job is a MediaSaver job, you may
be able to change the layout of the MediaSaver arrangement to accommodate the smaller media
size.
No Media Installed: the printer detects that it has no media, or media ran out during unattended
printing. Verify that media is loaded on the printer.
